Deluxe Handles - May be easily attached and removed from tubes or bands.

While pulling down on the black buckle, push up on the webbing/tubing to create a double loop. Thread one end of the band/tubing through one loop and back through the other loop as shown above. Loop through twice for tubing as shown on the right hand picture above. Repeat this step for each handle.
