Theraband FlexBar

This bar is a lightweight and portable exerciser. It improves grip strength and upper extremity strength, soft tissue and joint mobilization, as well as oscillation movements for neuromuscular and/or balance training. Excellent for occupational therapy, physical therapy, sports, and fitness. The FlexBar is used to rehabilitate and strengthen hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders. The device is a natural rubber bar made in three diameters with progressive resistance levels. The lightweight FlexBar is 12 inches long and has easy-grip ridges. Its resistance levels are coded by color sequences of red, green, and blue.
