UWM offers a large selection of over 1200 different products that ease

with the introduction of a wide range of neck and back supports and

get the best products possible.
The UWM Affiliate Advantage
· Earn a commission of at least 8% for every sale to a customer referred to UWM
with significant additional commissions based on monthly sales levels.
· $25 monthly minimum payment threshold allows you to easily receive
payments
You place our merchants banners anywhere on your site as you see
fit, or within non-spam emails.
We may email you concerning new merchant programs
Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed
You will be paid your commissions, at such time as your account
balance is $25 or more.
Any page that contains www.ultimatewatermassage.com links, banners, or
code must be written in English.
As an affiliate, you can only have 1 account. You can list
multiple domains in one account, but only one account is allowed.
You won't hold us liable for anything, a link to a non-www.ultimatewatermassage.com
Web site does not mean that Ultimate Water Massage endorses or accepts
any responsibility for the content or the use of such Web site.
You cannot SPAM. You cannot SPAM. You cannot SPAM. We will
terminate your account on the first offense of SPAMMING. Do not
send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send
to. We cannot stress this enough, we WILL terminate your account on
the first offense.
You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content
of your website, or within other web related content.
Affiliate accounts that are left inactive will be removed from our
system if their balance is equal to or less than $25. An account will
be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 90 days,
following an intial payment. An account may maintain active for an
indeterminate time until an intial sale is made. In other word if you
sign up as an affiliate you account will remain active even if you
have no sales for more than 120 days while you build your site and
traffic. Once a sale is recorded the 120 day period will start.
If an abandoned affiliate account has a balance
between$1-$25, a $10 fee will be assessed once per calendar month,
until the balance is equal to zero dollars - and is closed. At no time
will an affiliate ever owe monies to Ultimate Water Massage, Inc.
based on fees - the account will simply be closed.
NOT ALLOWED: All other uses of banners or links, such as
newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit
farms, counters, or guestbooks etc. are NOT allowed.
NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a "Desktop"
advertising scheme. This includes any and all 3rd party advertising
platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.
NOT ALLOWED: Any display of a merchant window that isn't
the result of a direct click by the end-user.
Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination
with a complete forfeit of commissions.
Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is
defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales,
leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or
manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating
commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP
TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
If you run or utilize an incentive website, you MAY NOT
participate in Ultimate Water Massage's affiliate programs

How do I create links?
Log into your affiliate account, go to the Create Links area and you
will see easy-to-understand instructions on creating customized banner
and text links coded just for your site. Knowledge of HTML is not
required. You can also place links into any OPT-IN email. All emails
must be fully compliant with US law regarding email solicitations.

How do I find out how many sales my site has generated and how much I
have earned?
Log into your account and you will have full access to reports that are
updated daily. You will find full detail on impressions, clicks and
registrations in addition to commission earned. Top
How often do I get paid commission?
You will be mailed a commission check once the commission total reaches
$25. Prior to us issuing your first commission check you must email us
your website url so that we can verify that you are complying with our
affiliate policies.
How do you know that sales came from my site?
All links from your site to the UWM site contain a unique identifier so
that every time a user comes to UWM from your site and registers for
service, you will receive credit. This is made possible with the links
created for you through a tag generator provided located in your

What sort of communications will UWM send me?
UWM will occasionally send you email messages that include merchandising
tips, special offers or promotions, and updates regarding affiliate
policies. These messages will include information on any new benefits or
special offers to increase affiliate earning potential. Top
