Shipping Information

Depending on the item, we ship US mail priority or UPS ground. Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada.

Canadian Shipping :  Please email us with the items you would like to order and we will invoice you the cost plus international shipping through PayPal.   Customs and VAT taxes: You will be responsible for any Customs or VAT taxes. We are a company and our shipping labels indicate this. Please do not ask us to write "gift" on the customs form. We do not calculate nor prepay customs taxes, duties and or import fees. You will be responsible to pay these to your customs broker or government agency in order to receive your package. Packages unclaimed due to your determination of unsatisfactory customs duties, may incur storage, return shipping and/or restocking fees from Ultimate Water Massage. At our discretion, we may decide that it is in your best interest to ship the item via the U.S. Postal Service which will collect your duties upon delivery to your door. Postal transit times are longer and may take from 2-4 weeks.

Shipping and handling charges in the USA are as follows:

The maximum shipping charge will be $17.99 to USA destinations. We generally ship 2 working days from day of receipt of order. If for any reason shipping is delayed more than 5 days you will be notified. Buckwheat pillows ship UPS ground 7 to 10 days following order.

We accept returns  on most products for 30 days from the shipping date. 

We can not accept returns of personal care products or opened oils UNLESS the product is defective or there has been a shipping error.   Due to sanitation concerns we can not restock these items.  In case of a defective product or shipping error, an even exchange will be made, product fabric and color may vary from original.  There will be NO additional shipping on replacement products.

Buckwheat Pillow Satisfaction Guarantee

The total satisfaction of all users of our Makura Miracle Pillows and Rejuvenator Deluxe Pillows is our goal. If you try a pillow and are not satisfied for any reason you may return it for a 100% refund of the purchase price.

The full satisfaction guarantee period is 30 days from ship date. If you would like to try it for up to three months to be sure it is what you need that is OK too. If the pillow is returned after 30 days and before 90 days from ship date. there will be a 20% return handling charge.

Getting Comfortable with your buckwheat hull pillow 

While most people love their pillow from the very first night, sometimes the pillow takes some getting used to while your body corrects itself. If you are not comfortable with it right away, you may need to experiment with determining the right amount of filler material. You may even want to use it for just a few hours each night or use it one night and skip a night then use it for two nights etc.

Take whatever time you need to see if it is right for you. All we ask is that you give it a fair chance. Don't just try it one night and think it is not right for you. In total of all responses we have gotten there is a 96.4% satisfaction rate and fewer than 1% of users have ever returned their pillow. There is no other pillow we surveyed with this high of a satisfaction rate.

Shipping charges, are not refundable.

Refund requests are processed once monthly, about the end of the month. Pillows received on or after the 20th of the month will be processed the following month. Purchases by PayPal will be "Refunded" via PayPal (when received within 25 days of purchase date), PayPal purchases after 25 days up to 90 days will be "Sent Money" via PayPal email minus any PayPal transaction fees and/or return handling charge. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover purchases by phone or online form (excluding PayPal system) shall be refunded direct to your credit card. Purchases by check will be refunded by check.  

Buckwheat Pillow - WARRANTY

All buckwheat pillows, and comfort packs include a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have any pillow which has a defect return it for repair or replacement at no charge. Parcel post or UPS shipping charges will be refunded, if you choose insurance or certified mail or registered mail, those fees are not refundable.

After 90 days and up to 10 years, if you have any problem with your buckwheat pillow we will repair or replace for a small nominal fee plus shipping.

Please call 1-800-777-5264 before returning any pillow for warranty service. The company may at its option replace only the defective part ( such as a pillow case), not requiring you the inconvenience of a return.

The Ultimate Water Massage Inc and Lang Co. are not liable for incidental or consequential damages due to use or misuse of the pillow. The companies liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of the pillow only, at the option of the company.

If the pillow is damaged or destroyed by accident or misuse (including but not limited to trying to wash the pillow with the hull filling in it), the company may at its option replace the pillow or a portion thereof at a discounted price.

Most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  Product returns should be directed to:

Item Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

We do not accept COD Shipments.

For products damaged in shipping you must make a claim against the shipping company.
