| Facial Oil | 3 to 5 drops | 1 oz of carrier oil |
| Facial Steam | 2 to 4 drops | 2 cups of water in bowl |
| Facial Mask | 1 to 3 drops | add to clay, seaweed or other mask material |
| Diffusion | 5-15 drops | diffuse directly |
| Humidifiers | 3 to 10 drops | add to humidifier water |
| Sauna | 1 to 2 drops | 1 cup of water |
| Bath | 5 to 15 drops | add to 1/2 cup of milk or other emulsifier |
