massage therapy into physical therapy procedures. Our G5 Massage Machines help
you to manipulate the soft tissue of the body to produce the desired effects on
the nervous and muscular systems, as well as working to enhance local and
general circulation of the blood and lymphatic fluids.
Multiple-Direction Stroking: The G5® Massage Therapy System simultaneously
produces a horizontal and vertical action. Using a special adapter, the G5®
Massage Machine head allows for directional-stroking of the body. This two force
action is effective in dislodging and mobilizing secretions and metabolic
by-products, especially effective for lymphatic drainage and detoxification.
Gyratory Vibration Action: The unique combination of back-and-forth circular
force vibration with an up-and-down variable force vibration is very similar to
the applied pressure and stroking of traditional manual massage for effleurage,
petrissage and tapotement effects.
Percussion Action: The many choices of speeds and frequencies especially at
mid-range (30 - 35 Mhz), creates deep percussive penetration through muscle
layers to provide many treatments and relief from sore and injured muscles.
The G5 GK-3 is a quiet & powerful Massage Machine designed
for rugged use in the office, clinic, school, gym, training room or home.
The GK-3 is the model preferred by chiropractors but is also widely used by
respiratory therapists. Each GK-3 has a 47 3/4" long, light-weight, smooth
drive cable attached to a durable applicator head, to provide greater
versatility and ease of use. The GK-3 incorporates a dial-controlled,
variable-speed output, with speeds from 20 - 50 cycles per second. Comes
complete with caster stand, accessory tray and your choice of either our
Professional Therapy applicator packages.
