of moisture given off, simply mist with plain water prior to heating, the
filler will quickly absorb the moisture and slowly release it.

The Herbal Buddy

The most versatile of the packs,
the herbal buddy. This Herbal Flaxseed Pillow has the same physician
formulated herbal blend as the comfort pack. With a longer narrow
shape with pleats to hold the flaxseed in place in any position.
It's design is the most widely used for the
treatment of sprains and strains.
You can store it in the freezer, (wrapped in a plastic bag) and then it will
be ready when ever needed. Starting from room temperature it will take
about 2 hours to get cold through and through. They remain flexible,
there is no water or gel to leak or drip. Just remove it from the
freezer and bind it to a sprained ankle, or strained muscle. Even fresh from
the freezer, it will reheat in the microwave in minutes to be used for
heat therapy. Once heated it will provide warm moist heat for up to
three quarters of an hour. It is the perfect size and shape for a
variety of uses. It can be held to a sore neck or back, wrapped around an
arm or leg when heat therapy is called for. We also have unscented
