Shipping InformationClick here for information on returns Holiday ShippingWe ship USPS Priority mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days or UPS with 5 to 7 days shipping time estimate, plus 1 to 2 days for handling. L Depending on the item, we ship US mail priority or UPS ground. Currently we only ship to the USA and Canada. While most products do ship to Canada. Products with a product code starting with ISG or MIL do not ship to Canada. You are responsible for providing a safe delivery location. Shipping and handling charges in the USA are as follows:
APO/FPO additional charges may apply, delivery confirmation/tracking is not available. Not all items may be shipped you are responsible for knowing the regulations of the area to which you are having items shipped. If rejected or confiscated you will be responsible for payment. Additional costs will be assessed at the time of checkout for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. Free shipping will not apply. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Some items shipping cost to those areas may exceed charges, In which case we will notify you of any additional cost by email and will not ship until the additional cost is authorized. For shipments to Canada the purchaser will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees at time of delivery. Oversize / Overweight items - Extra Shipping Charges May Apply. If for any reason shipping is delayed more than 5 working days you will be notified. (Exceptions: Buckwheat pillows, back and neck supports ship 7 to 10 days following order by UPS ground.) *** Items that ship from Canada have a delivery time of a minimum of 10 business days. Custom clearance may further delay the delivery date. *** Products sized in XS and XXL and up may require custom ordering from the manufacturer and take 3 to 5 Weeks for Delivery
Lost - Refused - Unclaimed - Canceled OrdersItems ship with delivery confirmation or tracking, declaration by the carrier that delivery was made will be considered final. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Once your order has been shipped you are responsible for shipping charges to your location and return postage to the shipper if you Cancel your order, refuse delivery or leave the package unclaimed. If the carrier can not provide proof of delivery we will submit a claim for reimbursement. We will credit your account upon reimbursement from the carrier. Canadian ShipmentsThis information is for informational purposes only. a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is generally assessed to imports which are not for

Mail items that are assessed for duties and taxes, or require inspection for compliance to other government regulations (e.g. agricultural goods) are subject to additional fees. All documentation must be included when an item is delivered or returned. The reasons for the return must be marked on the item and on the documentation. Additional FeesCanada Post has taken over many of the material-handling and revenue-collection functions previously performed by Canada Customs. A minimum handling fee of $5CDN per dutiable or taxable mail item is applied. This fee is in line with the government's efforts to help recover costs from those who benefit from services, and is similar to arrangements in the United States and other countries. Parcels entering Canada through Canada Post screening centers will be inspected by Canada Border Services Agency officers and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges. Items will be delivered along with the E14 Customs Invoice affixed indicating the assessed taxes, duties and charges that must be paid by the addressee before the package can be released to them. Any item abandoned or refused by the customer if returned by the postal service will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs. If the item refused or abandoned is not returned by the postal service the customer will be charged the full amount of the item and shipping costs. Some of the massage tools and Chi machines ship out of Canada and shipping transport can take up to 14 days. If you are concerned with delivery time please contact us for an estimate. There is no extra shipping charge for items shipped out of Canada. NEWWe now accept returns of our Herbal pack and wraps from Herbal Concepts and Dreamtime. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. You must email us for a return confirmation. Products must be returned in like new condition with tags attached and packaging. Defective Herbal Packs may be returned within 90 days of shipping date for an exchange. see here for more details.We accept returns on most products for 30 days from the shipping date. We can not accept returns of personal care products or oils, nebulizers or diffusers, UNLESS the product is defective or there has been a shipping error. In case of a defective product, an even exchange will be made, product fabric and color may vary from original. There will be NO additional shipping on replacement products or in the case of a shipping error.
