Return PoliciesIf for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns must have a return authorization number to receive credit. There are a few exceptions. Products must be returned unopened, if in sealed packaging, or in like new condition with tags attached and packaging if not sealed. Once you have received a email from us with a determination of your orders eligibility, a Return Authorization # and Return Address for the product return: 2. Print out and complete a Return Authorization form. 3. Pack the item for return
4. Mark the outside of the Box with the Return Authorization # and ship to the supplied return address. We recommend shipping by a service with insurance and tracking. Items shipped from Canada must be returned to Canada. 5. Email us with the Tracking or Delivery Confirmation Number Return Authorization number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. After we receive your returnWe will inspect your product, and process your return. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account. We process returns once a month. Other Conditions:RETURN OF ITEM with FREE SHIPPING AT TIME OF PURCHASE: Items that have shipped free due to $150.00 order size will have a standard shipping and handling charge of $17.99 or the actual shipping cost which ever is greater deducted from the items price before refunding the balance. We do not accept COD Shipments. For products damaged in shipping you must make a claim against the shipping company. RESTOCKING FEES: Most items can be returned without a restocking fee. The return of multiple items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned or refused without applying for an Return Authorization Request Form, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your package is not marked clearly on the outside of the box with the Return Authorization number we may refuse delivery of it, or return it to you and it will delay the processing of your return. ExceptionsWe can not accept returns of personal care products, pillows, nebulizers, software, CD/DVD, books or oils UNLESS the product is defective or there has been a shipping error. In case of a defective product, an even exchange will be made, product fabric and color may vary from original. There will be NO additional charge for the shipment from us to you on replacement products or in the case of a shipping error. Additional Return InformationMost importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Item Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not accept COD Shipments.
